Spiritual Counseling is the blending of traditional counseling with spirituality and the belief in the divine for healing the parts of
the persons spirit that need healing, rejuvenating, and care. Its different than traditional counseling in that universal/spiritual
beliefs are worked on with the individual, helping them understand their birthright and actions in the world, coming from the place
of their spirit. Many times this is coupled with another healing modality to help the person further their healing. Spiritual
Counseling can be part talk therapy, and part experiential, giving the person inner tools to work with. Above all, spiritual
counseling should help the individual get to the root of a challenge, find their inner light, and learn ways to turn it up, which
therefore will help create more self-esteem and personal power.

Vinyasa Yoga with Renee. Held Every Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm, Walk ins Welcome $12. All Levels -A flowing class that
permeates mind and body with emphasis on alignment, breathing and the foundational tools of a solid yoga practice. This class is
designed to stretch, strengthen and align the body while leading to a blissful relaxation.
Renee has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and continuously experiences the many benefits that a regular yoga practice
provides. She earned her Yoga Teacher Certification through an intensive yearlong study with Eyes of the World Yoga in
Providence, RI. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for yoga by teaching in a sensible and safe m/anner.

This class is designed for the beginner as well as the experienced yoga student. Focus is on the breath
and mindfulness while engaged in the practice.
In 2003 I started going to yoga thinking that it would help with exercise and strength. I was hooked after my first class. It
was then I realized that it was more than just exercise but a life practice nurturing the body and mind. Everyday on the
mat brings you more awareness of how you can be present and enjoy what life has to offer while being challenged. I
wanted to share this amazing experience with others. I earned my 200 hour certification in 2009. I currently instruct Hatha
Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Heated Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Pranyama. My hope is to help others experience
the benefits of yoga, build awareness, clarity and for you to walk away with a smile. Love Randi

over twenty-five years, a Basic and Advanced Life Support Instructor and a certified End of Life Nursing Care Educator.

been in a healing profession for over twenty-five years. I volunteer my time at church events doing readings and bridging
the gap between us and those in the spirit world, and helping out pets and their people communicate better with healing,
