Karen is a Registered Nurse and a graduate of the Salter School's
Massage Therapy 900 hour program, Nationally Certified as a
Massage Therapist from the NCBTMB. Dedicated to relaxation,
stress and pain reduction. In her practice she incorporates:

Swedish Massage - is recommended for tension & stress reduction while
relaxing your entire system. It will relieve muscle soreness & stiffness while
increasing your circulation and metabolism.
$60 per hour    (half hour available)

Trager -(NEW) Trager work is one of the least invasive forms, using gentle
rocking and bouncing motions to induce states of deep pleasent relaxation. It
helps the nrevous system's communication with the muscles, so that it can be
used as a method of rehabilitation especially by people suffering from traumatic
injuries and chronic neuromuscular problems. 90 minutes $90.00

Reflexology - is a natural healing art, based on the priciple that there are
reflexes in the feet & hands which corresponds to every part of the body.
$35.00 per half hour.

Thai Massage - hands, feet, knees, elbows and body weight are used to
produce soft rocking, rhythmic motions and stretches and lifts are performed
while supporting the person's body weight. Joints are loosened and opened
using a variety of techniques.
$60 per hour    (half hour available)

Pregnancy Massage - reduces ans alleviates stress on weight bearing joints
as well as musculofacial structures that may be painful due to changes in weight,
posture, muscle weakness and imbalance especia;;y in the back, hips,legs and
feet.

Hot Stone Massage - involves the application of water heated stones of
various sizes to key points of the body, giving a deep massage and creating
sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing
manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
$95.00 per 90 minutes

Sports Rock & Roll Massage - is a great massage after a long run, bike
ride, or work out. It incorporates stretches, massage and rock & roll.
$60 per hour  (half hour available)

Chair Massage - the chair is designed so that it gives full access to the upper
body. You are fully dressed and no oils are used. Office workers and people
who work on computers all day will benefit from the specific neck & shoulder
work.
$1.00 per minute

Reiki - is a form of energy healing which reduces stress, anxiety, surgery
discomfort, depression, test anxiety, and it also increases personal growth,
relaxation, creativity,emotional healing and peace.
$50 per hour    (half hour available)

Chakra Energy Alignment - a balance of the 7 main energy centers within
our body that promotes mental, emotional, & spiritual health.
$60 per hour    (half hour available)

Ear Candling (Coning) - has been know to eliminate such conditions as ear
pain and itchy ears. It is a procedure for removing excess and impacted ear
wax and more.
$50.00 includes 4 ear candles
