THERAPEUTIC
HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a state of inner absorption, concentration and
focused attention. When our minds are focused, we are able to
use our minds more powerfully.Hypnotist do three things with
hypnosis. They encourage the use of imagination. Another is to
present ideas or suggestions that are compatatible with the clients
needs, and seem to have a more powerful impact on the mind.
Also hypnosis can be used for unconscious exploration, to better
understand underlying motivations or idenitify whether past
events are associated with causing a problem.
Hypnosis is perfectly safe, normal, and healthy.You are always
aware of your surroundings.
You are never out if it as some may think. A hypnotist could
never make you do anything you would not normally do. The
majority of people remember the entire session. A very small
pecentage of people don't remember what happened, but it is rare.
Some of the benefits of Hypnosis:
* Children with ADD/ADHD
* Boosting self esteem
* Medical conditions
* Stop smoking
* Weight loss
* Phobias (ie;heights,flying)
* Pain relief (cancer/chonic pain)
* Better study habits
* ESP developement
The list is endless, there are hundreds of uses with Therapeutic
Hypnosis.
